Introduction

We built this heater for the machines that need serious, concentrated heat—but absolutely refuse to put up with the usual noise and rattle. It’s a quartz-tube, shortwave infrared heater. The whole idea was to give you stable, powerful heat in tight spots, where keeping things quiet and under control really matters.

What it’s really about

This thing runs at 400V and 2500W, so you get a lot of punch in a small package. The 300mm tube focuses the heat into one specific area, which means you can target exactly what you need to heat—without having to over-engineer the whole machine. And because it’s high voltage, the current draw is lower. That lets you use smaller conductors and keeps the wiring path cleaner. Less clutter. Less guesswork.

We built these low-wattage halogen heaters for those tight industrial spots—where space is at a premium and control has to be spot-on. They’re shortwave, so they pack a ton of heat into a tiny footprint. That means you can slip a heater into a cramped machine cavity without having to rework the whole design.

A quick look under the hood

The 400V low-wattage heater runs line-matched, so it draws just the right amount of current while still throwing off the heat flux you need for a fast warm-up. At 300mm long and 10mm across, the hot zone is predictable. You can aim that heat right where you want it and keep nearby parts from getting scorched.
