No dust, no contamination, and definitely no electrical glitches. When you&amp;rsquo;re dealing with infrared bench lamps, a tiny electrical failure isn&amp;rsquo;t just a broken part. It&amp;rsquo;s a safety risk for the person running the machine and a fast way to ruin an entire batch of expensive work.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;we-test-every-single-lamp-no-exceptions&#34;&gt;We test every single lamp. We don&amp;rsquo;t do that.&#xA;Every single tube that leaves our shop goes through a full HiPot (withstand voltage) and insulation resistance test. It&amp;rsquo;s a mandatory gate.&#xA;Here is why: we blast the insulation with high &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;voltage&lt;/a&gt; to force any hidden flaws to show up. Maybe there&amp;rsquo;s a microscopic crack in the quartz or a tiny bit of grit on the electrodes. We want those things to fail in our lab, not in your clean room. If there&amp;rsquo;s a pinhole leak or a bad seal, the current will arc right there on our bench. That way, you don&amp;rsquo;t have to worry about a lamp shorting out or leaking current into your equipment frame.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
